I use a combination of openCanvas 1.0 and Photoshop CS4 depending on what each piece calls for, though most of the time I do the line sketches in oC and then bring it into photoshop for coloring. I like the fluidity and superior sensitivity of the brushes in oC, but it's a lot harder to color with than photoshop is.
